"Had a really good experience at X Style Salon at KSL! I went in for a scalp treatment and was really happy with how nicely and gently it was done. Most importantly, there was no hair breakage or damage, which I really appreciated. My stylist, Christine was very professional, I loved her service. Right after the treatment, my hair felt so soft, smooth and noticeably glowy. All the hairstylists were also so friendly, sweet and welcoming throughout the whole treatment, which made the experience even better. Will definitely be coming back again next time"

"Had a terrible experience in this nail salon. Receptionist was polite when I enquired pedicure price and a short hair lady followed up with the service. I was informed that it will take 45 minutes. Staff asked if I would like to top up for foot soak and spa and I declined. She started soaking my feet and cut my toe nails. Halfway she excused herself to go to the toilet and it was at least 10 mins. I didnt except she would be gone for so long and when she returned, i told her i have another appointment and would need to leave in another 30 mins. She started to continue the service quickly and it was a rough experience. I had gone to visit multiple different nail salons in KSL and this would be the roughest experience - from removing deadskin or placing my foot on the foot stand, putting the toes separators and ripping them off once the colours were completed. Will not return to this shop and nail service. This particular staff attitude isnt pleasant and i wouldnt wish to pay for such poor service in future. She did thank me while i used my card to pay, however her actions and service were not welcoming. I dont often give poor reviews but this experience is definitely not worth my money."

"My 10 years old daughter and me both did soft rebounding at Style at Ksl. The convenient location near the escalator and the staff is flexible, polite and displayed empathy. They try to cater to my daughter whose frizzy rambutan hair needed help as she finds it difficult to maintain to go to school. Treatment is fast and thorough.We are very happy with the service. 👍"

"My regular go to hair stylist, Chin for a hair cut and mocota Algana hair treatment. Everyone only recommends keratin. But only found her salon does this treatment. It makes my hair so soft and silky. And her pricing is reasonable as compared to other hair salons. I even brought my mum for haircut. And she always praises her for her good haircut. Chin is knowledgable and experienced hair stylist. She’s friendly and meticulous. Chin knows her products very well. She’s always so busy that she misses her meals. Even my friends and colleagues always ask me where did I do my hair treatments. I recommend Chin for that hair treatment. Highly recommend Chin!"
